After searching Google, I found WG IT Computer & Console Repair Services. I contacted Warren to ask if he could repair a Marine NAC-2 Autopilot Computer. The problem with the device was 2 broken board connectors and damaged PCB. After sharing some photos of the damaged parts, Warren was willing to have a look to see if he could do the repair. After sourcing the parts, Warren done a fantastic repair.
Warren really knows his stuff, great communicator and excellent customer service. To all you boat owners. If you develop a fault with your navigation equipment. I would recommend you reach out to Warren, before you bin it.

Great company. Technician discussed issue to establish possible problems, ordered in parts. As soon as the parts were in I was contacted and my Nintendo switch issues were immediately solved.
Great value for money and top tips were provided to support longevity of console, which I fully appreciate (as I know very little).

Warren / this company are amazing! Managed to solder a PixelFX mod chip onto my old N64 so I can output on HDMI, and therefore [in the 21st century] actually play it on modern TVs. Worked a charm and the picture is amazing, I can now play N64 Golden Eye and Perfect Dark for Christmas! :) The soldering job he did was nothing short of God-like and he did amazing tests afterwards to ensure the system was 100% before confirming the job complete to me. Spoke to him about other tech stuff and the chap really knows his trade, impressively so. A real attention to detail and QA, and a very trustworthy chap. Couldn't recommend him more.

Excellent customer service, and quick fix. Play station hdmi was fixed in a couple hours as well as being tested after fix. He was very informative of the potential risks cause of the damage, but everything worked out fine in the end. Thank you so much, will definitely recommend !

WGITC&CRS is a reputable outlet. I took my Technics Graphic Equaliser SH-GE 90 for repairs. The front display matrix was rippling due to age. The issue was competently diagnosed, repaired at very affordable and honest price. I recommend and will use this repair service again in the future.

Quick, reliable fix of my son's Xbox One S - faulty HDMI re-timer chip/480p resolution only error. This is a home run business but totally professional with all the right equipment needed for electronic repairs at circuit board level and much more: HD camera, correct flux/solder, re-work bench, PAT testing etc. Was updated throughout the fix and actually dropped off and returned later the same day. Competitive price and very pleased.

Visited warren at WG it computer and console services with a ps4 slim that was over heating and he carried out a service and returned the console within two days in perfect working order I would highly recommend Warren and his company very honest and knowledgeable and will definitely use in the future .

A true professional and gent. I needed work done on a PC, PS4 and PS3. This was completed quickly with regular updates being provided. Machines returned in immaculate condition all working as if they were new. Excellent value for money with exceptional service. If you need you kit fixed Warren is the man to go and see. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

I cannot recommend Warren enough. I took my PS4 Pro to him after it was constantly sounding like an aircraft takeoff when playing games.

Warren knew precisely what the issue was and was able to have the console fixed and fully serviced within 1.5 hours!

I have since recommended Warren to a handful of friends and will definitely keep his number in my phonebook for any future console or computer issues.

Warren done a effin brilliant job on my PS4. The hdmi port wasn’t working. He explained exactly what the problem and how he will fix it. He also dealt with other issues and replaced missing parts. He cleaned it inside and out, serviced the ROM & also sanitized it before returning it to me. Cannot and will not recommend anyone other than Warren. Top job lad. Cheers

Playstation had a faulty hdmi port which had been ‘fixed’ many times but kept breaking. The experience ive had with Warren and Claire ran like clockwork.i was informed through out the procedure to the fullest, he cleaned up the awful mess inside the system the previous repairman had made. Warren is an absolute legend! His tech ability and knowledge is exceptional and his customer service is second to none! I was kept up to date every step of the way via email. He thoroughly diagnosed the broken ROM Drive problems and repaired it. The battery supply connections on the motherboard also needed attention and I was sent before and after images - a very neat & tidy soldering job :) When picking up the device my PS4 was wiped down with IPA-99.9% alcohol for my protection and this included the bag itself! Clearly Warren has a passion for fixing things! the job came with a free PAT test and I felt so safe about the whole process. I very much doubt anyone can beat his service and prices.

After being turned away by a few “specialists”, I contacted Warren on the off-chance that he might be perform some microsoldering on a vintage computer PCB for me.

He was more than happy to help and turned the work far quicker than I could of hoped. Not only that, but I was sent a detailed photo of the work he performed.

The work is top class and amazing value for money - I cannot tell the difference between the factory soldering and the modifications he made for me.

Highly recommended. I know where I’ll taking anything of this nature in future.

Used WG IT Computer & Console Repair Services for the first time today to fix a PS5 after a power outage. Very impressed with the service we received, problem was rectified quickly and recommendations were made to minimise risk of repeating the issue. Very knowledgeable and was able to effectively explain the issues even though I am not very tech savvy. Would highly recommend for the future.

Fantastic service, when we called them they got back to us within 30minutes, this happened only a few days after Christmas, and they were able to fix my faulty Playstation 4 that could not read discs any longer. When we got down there they were able to fix this issue within 1 Hour and on the same day for a very reasonable price, also the people there were very friendly and approachable. I could not recommend this Company and these People enough!
