I can highly recommend Steven and his company, having been delighted at the speedy and excellent service after I recently contacted him. I was impressed by his website to start with as it contained a great detail of information, which is reassuring to a novice like me. He also was able to visit immediately and then, after a good detailed discussion on the difficulties I was having, he took away what he needed and the work was completed within 24 hours too. He himself, was very polite, knowledgeable and understanding. That is most important to an older person in particular with a limited knowledge of technology.I must mention, that the charges he quoted were extremely acceptable too A wonderful service all round and I am so glad I telephoned him. I would definitely recommend Steven to anybody who needs help and will definitely contact him again if any further future difficulties should ever arise. Sorted my PC within a day. After recent attempted upgrades it was messed up and sometimes wouldn't boot at all. I used to study IT over 10 years ago and considered myself quite good, but there were still problems and sometimes you just need an actual expert to make everything good again; the upgrades were applied properly, everything is fresh and clean, so fast, so convenient, and so reasonably priced - can absolutely recommend.

PC Kings usually have excellent reviews and this one is no exception. For rapid , helpful and relatively inexpensive service this takes some beating. Expert assessment in the home of our computer and rapid and very satisfactory repairs with useful after sales service. We are lucky to have them in our area.

I would wholeheartedly recommend PCKings to anyone who has a PC problem. Stephen fixed my PC, explaining what the problem was as he was going along. I was also having trouble downloading books from Audible and after him suggesting we move the router the download speed shot up and each book downloaded in less than two minutes.
This would be the second time we have used PC Kings and have always been prompt, efficient and helpful.

Easy to contact and book appointment for a home visit. A confirmation of booking was provided via email/text message and a reminder was sent the day before visit. Steve King arrived on time and very quickly advised us on work needed to deal with our computer desk top problems. He provided a very reasonable quote and the work was completed within a couple of days. He ensured everything was working and to our satisfaction and also very kindly sorted out a problem we were having with our TV reception while he was here. After completion a detailed invoice with work carried out was sent via email. We couldn't fault the service provided and would highly recommend this company.

Steven came the same day I contacted him and fixed my computer very quickly without any fuss. He also gave me advice to make my systems more effective and explained everything very clearly.

I was impressed with his knowledge and skills, so I am commissioning him to undertake another computer ugrade for me. As he is local, little time is wasted travelling and his charges are very reasonable.

I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. He sorted all the problems and also offered various options for improvements,and saved information from the old drive.He explained it all throughout.

Had some issues with my internet and the signal I was receiving. Give PC kings a call to arrange them to have a look into it.

Within a few hours of testing the problem was identified and now I’m receiving solid signal throughout the house.

Would defiantly reccomend using these.

Steve upgraded my 12yr old PC at a fraction of the cost I was expecting and it now runs perfectly.
He removed the PC from my home, upgraded and reinstalled it in less than 36 hours!
Steve was so enthusiastic and knowlredgeable.

Second time using this company. Again, brilliant response - called for home visit after explaining problem. Arrived about hour and a half later; Fixed problem within a few minutes. Gave me other software advice while on site. Cannot fault knowledge and courtesy. Will have no problem recommending to anyone.

Mended graphics card and upgraded my motherboard with a spur cable. Both jobs done professionally and my system looking shiny and new to boot. The fee, which was itemised in an email invoice, was extremely reasonable and I was happy to pay after being shown the work done and seeing it running.

This will be my first port of call for any future damage I may wreak upon my poor computer. Very happy with the whole experience.

Steven arrived on time and allocated the full quoted time to analysing our WiFi/Network set up and then tweaking the configuration to improve coverage and speed. He also helped with connecting a hard drive to the network. Steven was extremely knowledgeable, explaining everything as he went along and offered some great tips about improving WiFi connection on laptops. Highly recommended.

My laptop was almost impossible to use, slow, programmes wouldn't work if anything else was open. PC Kings managed to fit me in the same day to diagnose it. Then after discussing options, they fixed it working around my awkward schedule. Fast, efficient, good pricing, polite, able to give me specs and info in a way I understood what needed to happen. Lots of different ways to pay so it was easy at the end too. Covid precautions taken as necessary.

First time using a service like this. There was some scepticism with giving some information out, but Mr King was super helpful, open and specific. Free pick up and delivery is a massive bonus, too! And the service times were quick! All-in-all, great service. Super happy with the results!

Very professional and courteous.
Took my son's macbook to replace the screen. The screen had to be replaced 3 times as the replacement product had few issues. Patiently dealt with the issue and charged the same amount as quoted first time.
Brilliant service. I'll happily recommend and will not look elsewhere in future.
