This company were brilliant. The electrician that did the work was so pleasant and efficient, it was a pleasure to have him in the house. The appointment was prompt as was the quotation.
Most importantly the work was carried out to a high specification. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Great experience with Plymouth Sparky Ltd. I needed an insurance condition report at short notice and Chris arranged for a visit a couple of days later. Dave texted in the morning to say what time he would be arriving, lovely chap, nothing too much trouble, report arrived same day. Excellent service all round, would definitely recommend and will definitely use them again.

Outstanding installation and great experience with Chris, Dave & Paul from Plymouth Sparky. We needed a new electric consumer unit fitted as ours was very dated and in an awkward place. We phoned several electricians for quotes, got let down by a few with no shows and some that could do the work but had limited availability. Chris was friendly and prompt in giving a quote, advising on the best course of action and best installation layout. Straight forward process which just made it an easy decision. Dave and Paul are great guys, very friendly, easy to talk with and carried out excellent work. We are very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone. Thank you very much for the work carried out, we will be looking forward to have Plymouth Sparky and team come do more electrical work.

Company went above and beyond to help us out today, when our newly fitted shower failed to heat up.
Though very busy, an electrician attended our property- sorry, I didn't catch his name and quickly confirmed that the wiring and fitting was fine. He suggested we consult a plumber, as the issue was pointing towards water pressure issue.
Such integrity and care, a rare thing these days.
I thoroughly recommend this company and they will be my go to electricians in the future.

Chris, Dave, Paul and the Team have recently completed a full rewire of our 4 bedroom Victorian terrace. From the initial inspection, to their recommendations for work and then once the decision was made to rewire their professionalism has been outstanding, and the quote for the amount of work was more than reasonable. We agreed the rewire on a Monday and the following Monday they were in on the job.
Communication has been excellent, their suggestions has not only got the job done but future proofed our home for years to come. Completed a full rewire of the house in a quick time.
If you live in Plymouth and you need an Electrician, then Plymouth Sparkys are the company to call. Cannot recommend enough.

I recently used this company for a few jobs around the house and can confirm they are “pukka”. Paul & Orin were very punctual and extremely professional throughout the day. Paul talked me through all works he was due to carry out and checked if I was happy with all fitting elements before doing the works.
Long story short ..I would recommend and was impressed to find good tradesman out there at reasonable prices.

Service was prompt, competitively priced and first class in every respect. Both electricians and the the apprentice carrying out the work arrived on time, never stopped working whilst they were there, they were friendly and answered any questions asked by me and clearly know what they are doing. David Prout, Director visited, asked some pointed questions of the staff, who clearly had the right answers.
I have worked in construction all of my working life and contractors often have a justified bad reputation, not this one! Plymouth Sparky’s are a shining light of how it should be done.

Really unhappy with the organization of this company. Told in advance that some very minor work as a tenant from Manager yet 4 hours later guys still at my property. This wouldn’t be an issue if we didn’t have 4 children in the house. Three under threes with no heating etc. Youngest child is 3 months old so it’s important to keep the house warm. First sparky was very polite Hannah. The guy we have now in the house in my opinion seems like a tyrant to his apprentice and still no idea when we can get the electric back on. Extremely poor communication all round and 3 children who are cold who are confined to a single room. Very surprised to see that all reviews are positive Langley crescent 08/04/2022 please don’t try to have the review moved as this is a true reflection of the service we have received and are still receiving. Last note to make. If your guys are working in a house with young children please try to keep swearing in conversation to you colleagues to zero

I can only apologise for the issues you and your family experienced on the day.
We are extremely glad that you were happy with Hannah bringing all your lighting up to a safe standard.
The job on the fuse board to make the cabling safe did indeed take longer than originally thought and we can only apologise for this. However, as you can imagine we can only provide a rough estimate of time as we never know what we might find.
As company safety is always our top priority and we would never want to leave a job unsafe or unfinished, this is especially important in rented and tenanted properties where we acting on behalf of landlords who I am sure would only want the best outcome.
As a result of your comment, we will make sure we update customers in the future with approximate timings of how long the electricity is going to be off for works to be carried out.
With regards to the final matter you brought to our attention. The individual has been given a warning ref: to his bad and inappropriate language in front of our customers especially those with children. We completely agree with you it’s not acceptable and as a company, it’s not the image we wish to portray.
Needed electrical work to be carried out on our rental property. Contacted Chris from Plymouth Sparky within the space of 10 days we had received a quote and the electrical work had been completed. Excellent time keepers and very professional, we would highly recommend this company.
