If you get dumped from the books by a company that rates profit over their client list, you simply cannot give more stars.
I was fobbed off with proffered details of other companies, this was obviously 'padding' because i am quite capable of checking Google myself.

A joke! Rather not for 'all.' but for a select few, that can afford their increased prices!
i understand the need for profits in business, but this should not be at the expense of a targeted, existing customer base.

They knew I was still experiencing painful problems following their last / final visit, this was never followed up, not even with a phone call. Rather i received an email telling me i'd been removed from their books, obviously in favour of those booking more frequently. (they now advertise every 4/6 weeks)
So approx / around £600 per year for a basic appointment, around 30 minutes.
Any excuse they may respond with, could never make up for the pain i'm still in months later, or the way i've been treated!
Shame on them.

Actually, I am saddened that your very speedy response, here at least, contains inaccuracies designed to make my review look like I am lying.
For example, no appointment at your premises was offered as a follow-up or a correctional appointment, and even if it had, you well know that I am housebound. Plus, when I did call to make an appointment, I was forced to make them three months in advance!
If you look again at my truthful review you will note that it contains absolutely nothing at all about your operative, (skills, time length, or discussions) with whom I had no issue, so I am not sure why your unnecessarily lengthy reply contains information, (some very private and personal) irrelevant to my critical review, which has obviously left you feeling quite defensive.
Notwithstanding data protection issues, how can you say you "provide a thorough and professional service?". An obvious contradiction in terms.
You say "we continued to try and contact you by phone". Actually, it was me that called your company.
Your reply is a shameful narrative in overemphasizing the clinic's superiority while ensuring the reader sees a damning vision of my character.
The bottom line is that I was not totally pain free following my last appointment with you (whatever you'd like to believe) and I WAS dumped from your client list.
Making it clear, you said, that my less than monthly visits were not enough to make higher financial figures for your business.

I note that your last response mentioned nothing about breach of trust regarding my private and personal data. You should not have shared my personal information.
