This person Philip Nam is a very conniving devious person please stay away from him he will invoice you for every mistake he makes

That £95 pounds looks good but by the time he has finished with you you up end paying over £175.00 per hour with

Then I paid him for a representative to attend court he kept the money and never sent anyone to court to represent me

Take my advice find another solictor instead of this paralegal guy honestly you will be better off with a real solictor in the long run it would of costnyou less one of his best moves is to write a wrong statement and then when you call him to rectify his mistake you will get charged for it even when it his own mistakes you the client will get charges thats how he creams you

Where other solictors don't do that

I have paid this person over £11,000 pound for work and its been a complete waste of time money and he will not release your own documents back to you

Stay clear off this guy and his company it not worth going with this guy

It is my opinion I have been totally ripped off by this person who saw me coming and took advantage of the situation.

I agreed to a cost of £84 and received a bill for £462 which is now over £500. On top of this, I never got what I asked for and ended up having to do the work myself.

Avoid at all costs whatever your situation but particularly if you are vulnerable. If you think you are saving money by using a Paralegal (which is what he will tell you) don’t be fooled. A proper Solicitor is cheaper.

This is a genuine review and my horrific experience. I do not agree with this person’s response and I will be attending Court as my legal advisor has told me I have a case against them.

I did NOT agree to an hourly rate with unlimited hours. I asked for ONE letter originally and was talked into something else for which he had no relevant qualifications to provide to a satisfactory standard. More fool me. Therefore, two small things at an agreed cost of which I paid upfront.

I have only just received a breakdown of costs and I am astounded!

I have been charged £6.20 for them to send out the Terms and Conditions as well another £6.20 for them to receive my payment!

All these additional charges were NOT disclosed to me at the time.

There is NO WAY on this earth I would have agreed to all these charges.

A lot of communication with the third party which I also did NOT agree to.

I was NOT kept informed of escalating charges as per the Terms and Conditions.

This person is also UNREGULATED so you will not be able to use the Ombudsman Scheme.

I am now being being harassed and pressurised to remove my review. I am NOT a liar and would not recommend this person or want anyone to go through my experiences.

Philip and the lawyers and paralegals at this firm represent the gold standard in paralegal services, especially for litigants in person. With Philip on my side and at my side I have been through some of the toughest litigation and still come out on top. I won't use anyone else! Philip has a practically encyclopaedic knowledge of the civil procedure rules and very strong knowledge of case law. In addition to this he is a COSTS EXPERT with even solicitors using Philip's services with some costs matters.

5 stars only because that is the maximum I can award on this site!

I am very glad I came across White Collar Legal. Having previously used a Solicitor and having to email everything across, it was so good to be able to talk directly to Philip.
