What is the LUBA 2 AWD series Warranty and Repair Services?
If the product does not work as guaranteed during the warranty period, you can request after-sales service by contacting the upcoming local MAMMOTION distributor or email us at support@mammotion.com. The main parts of the lawn mower and battery are covered under a 2-year warranty. Please note that the accessories (Charging Station and RTK Antenna) are under a 2-year warranty while blades and tires do not have a warranty.
Does the RTK Reference Station need to be connected to the charging station?
RTK base station does not need to be connected to the charging station. You can put the charging station anywhere you want! If you want to install RTK station on the roof, you will need to have a separate power adapter and extension cord to power RTK reference station.
Does the entire area need to have a WiFi signal, or can it complete its work once it receives commands near its charging base and then return to charge?
Once the mission is set, it can carry out the entire workflow even without WiFi. The WiFi is intended to assist you in checking the status of LUBA and receiving messages remotely on your cell phone.
How do I install Luba?
You can easily perform the installation yourself. A quick start guide will be included in the box, and you can also find Video Tutorial on our Support page.
What if my front and back yard are separated by a fence?
Luba can manage multiple zones. If there is a path between these two yards, Luba can travel to the second yard and perform the work automatically.
Can the App be used remotely, for example when I am not at home?
With Mammotion App, you can remotely preset and update the mowing parameters for each zone, as well as check Luba’s status in real-time.
What patterns are available for LUBA's Lawn Printing feature?
The patterns for 3D lawn printing will be released before June. We will release both system mode which includes football and heart, and customized English letters for you to combine with no limitations this time. And that's not all - stay tuned for more patterns to be gradually launched and updated via FOTA.

I have 2.37 ACRES (minus the footprint of three buildings.) I was able to program the robot easily, and I am so IMPRESSED by its performance! I loved it so much, I bought a SECOND LUBA 10000, which ill be delivered in a few days. I can then split the task between front lawn/driveway and rear lawn/field, and let them work together to make my neighbors GREEN with envy!

Since I have 3/8 Black Lava rock path with small incline to get from the backyard to the front, I went with Luba 2. My first choice was the cheaper Navimow 999.00 but because of the incline AWD was needed.
RTK signal was immediately solid green mounted in the backyard shed after a few minutes. No issue with the Luba Dock on the side of the house where the only grass is located. Thanks to Hezehiah Domowski on the Youtube videos, I was ready to go when FedEx delivered.
Wi-Fi connected with no issue but had to reboot the Luba, turn off then on, when the updated failed immediately. Luba came with zero charge so had to wait to 30% before I could update. Once reset the two updates went fast.
I grabbed a T-Mobile SIM and subscribed to 5.00 tablet plan with 500GB plan added to my account incase I need to locate a stolen Luba 2. That worked!
Now had to map the yard, screwed up the first time deleted and did it again for both backyard and front. Added a pathway over the 3/8 Black Lava and started a Task. The task had the Luba go to the front yard and cut first after going through the pathway. Then complete the front go back through the pathway and cut the backyard. Once in the backyard I closed and locked the gate Luba finished it cut by itself! Unit completed and returned to the dock.
The Luba handled the loose 3/8 Black Lava rock even as it was slipping down a little the AWD kicks in and it continues. While the Luba was cutting, I was edging and watching the Luba do it’s thing. Neighbors stop and watch and I was done with my part then continued to the plants and the trees.
RTK signal is always “FINE”
LUBA signal is “FINE or WEAK”
Positioning status “FIX” but I see it go “Floating”
If you have the money and want some lawn help, then I highly recommend!

Ive been wanting to get a robot mower but all the options with wires were not for me. I have a fully fenced in acre with lots of fruit trees and plantings.
I had my eye on this robot and when they came out with version 2 I went for it.
Setup was a bit tricky, there are a few bugs and quirks, but I’m very satisfied after the first month or so of owning it.
It’s out in the dark right now, mowing a 1/4 acre permaculture style food forest with about 50 plants. To be fair, between the challenging obstacles and recharging time, it takes Luba 2 almost the whole day to now just this zone, but it’s mowing and I don’t have to, so that’s a win in my book.
The whole property is mapped to 5 zones. Aside from the one very challenging zone, Luba 2 can mow 2 of the other zones in a day. The other zones also have fruit tree obstacles, maybe a dozen or so each zone. Over the course of a week my whole lawn can be mowed.
I’d recommend the robot, just be sure to join the Facebook group for support. If you are tech savvy you’ve got it.
I subtracted one star for some of the software bugs/quirks and setup issues - but it’s a solid product. The machine itself is amazingly well built. Updates are rolling out weekly software-wise and the Mammotion team has shared a well thought out software roadmap, so I expect to update my review to five stars within a month or two.

This is the first review I’ve bothered to write. After suffering for two years with a worx Landroid this thing is an amazing upgrade. Where the worx would get stuck, destroy my lawn, and leave ruts this lawnborghini has none of those issues. The mow is great, it’s never gotten stuck and there’s no ruts from it constantly following the same path home. It doesn’t ever miss its charging station and the no go zones work great. I have a pretty good hill in the back yard and it doesn’t have any issues navigating it. The only improvement I can see would be in the software. If it incorporated predictive weather analysis like the rachio sprinkler controller and would just do a rain delay instead of a rain cancellation I would give it 10 stars.
