This is a “Dental Alert” for those who may be considering Oakwood Endodontics located in Bldg. #3, 3600 block of Williams Dr. Georgetown TX. A prominent Round Rock Prosthodontics referred my wife to their Dentist for a root canal, #10, with special instructions to be careful as he “did not plan on replacing # 10 crown”. After the procedure, the Dentist briefed me as to how well the procedure went but barely touched on the fact the tooth was chipped, lower front and wrong glue used which blocked future flossing between 9 & 10. For this, I was charged $1,503.00. I sent a certified mail to Oakwood asking for help with no answer. I also had to pay $2,550.00 to my Round Rock Doctor to replace #10 crown. It looks like now days most dentists make their patients sign a release of responsibility form, which my wife did while I was out on the waiting room. Bottom line, this Oakwood Dentist was sloppy and unprofessional. “CAVEAT EMPTOR”.

4405 Dental has all those five star reviews for a reason. They did a great job on my bridge at about 75% the cost I'd expected.
