Heating is provided with a geothermal heat pump keeping the rooms dry and warm economically and providing cooling for the bedrooms during the hot summer months. Own 190 meter deep drilled well provides fresh, clean potable water. Wastewater system is built to current code.

Villa consists of 160 sqm in two floors and additionally it has a large loft area. In the entry level you have an open kitchen/living room combination, two bedrooms, wc and a roomy inner patio. Kitchen is well equipped, steam oven is great for preparing the fish caught during the day and the baking oven in the fireplace is ideal for rye bread, stew and pierogies, like Karelian pie, preparation.

The entrance floor is over 5 meters high and the sleeper loft opens to the living room and the lake. The full width patio gives an uninterrupted magnificent view to the lake with no neighbors in sight.

The lower level has one bedroom with adjoining family room, laundry room, large sauna area with double showers the views opening to the lake. You step out to a large sunny terasse.

The technical equipment room is located downstairs and it provides for a warm dry storage space.

Next to the main house there is a roomy storehouse/workspace building that can be also converted to extra bedrooms if needed.

Up the hill some 100 meters from the main house you will find a cozy Kontio log cabin. Cottage has a sleeper loft and a small kitchenette. There is also a good traditional sauna and you can step into a Kirana hot tub directly from the terasse surrounding the entire cabin.

This cabin is independent from the main house and provides an experience for your own guests. It can be used as an AirBnB opportunity providing additional income. The AirBnB reviews have been excellent raving about the surrounding nature and functionality of the cabin. An own well provides water for sauna, hot tub and kitchen.

Next to the cottage there is a Lappland style “tiipii”. Escape your busy life, sit by the open fire preparing salmon and relax in the reflection of the fire and the surrounding forest.

The access to the lake is provided for the cottage and the main building separately allowing privacy for the guests.

In the property you will find also an equipment shed for tractor and skidoos, shed for fire wood and a storage hut for fishing gear.
