Simple to set up, fill, and maintain. The pre-sales service was outstanding, and the after-sales support was excellent. When the top developed a slow leak, it was promptly replaced. If you're seeking an easy-to-install, low-maintenance spa, this brand is worth considering. We appreciate the convenience of controlling the spa from the mobile app, which also alerts us to filter issues and more.

I've only had it running for 2 days, but it's been good so far. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it takes longer to heat up again after using it compared to my old Saluspa. But on the bright side, I prefer the slim walls and overall look much more than my old one.

Setting up was a breeze with the clear instructions, and knowing there's technical support from Portable Spas is reassuring. The spa is spacious and comfortable, with all the features you could ask for. The controls and jets work well, and aesthetically, it's a great addition to our new home. Despite being inflatable, it feels sturdy and can be easily packed away when needed. However, we're enjoying it so much that I doubt we'll ever want to! Thanks, Portable Spas!

Nice spa. It would have been helpful to know that the bubbles automatically turn off after 20 minutes and cannot be restarted until 10 minutes later. Easy to put together.
