Furniture Sales Manager – WNSFSM17052024

  • Candidates would be required to achieve sales.
  • Meet Architects, Builders, Corporate clients and promote all product ranges.
  • Handle existing key corporate accounts of the company and also develop new accounts.
  • Would be required to handle the complete operation starting from Inquiry generation. Sampling,
  • quotations, follow up, order closure, delivery coordination, payment collection.
  • General administrative work relating to sales agreement, correspondence, etc - quotation, purchase order etc.
  • Taking inquiries from customers via phone, fax, post and email, and quoting in accordance with the customer's requirements, ensuring that all inquiries are responded to in line with the customer's time frame.

Elevator GAD (General Arrangement Drawing) Design Engineer – WNFEGE16052024

  • Produce General Arrangements and Builder’s Works Drawings using CAD software. 
  • Drawing the GAs & BWDs and progressing the designs to AFC with the Main Contractor. 
  • Produce manufacturing drawings for components and assemblies. Model steelwork using Inventor, the steelwork assemblies required for the lift installation. 
  • Obtain equipment quotations for the lift arrangement, as per the designs, liaising with the purchasing department to place orders. 
  • Review and check order confirmations and acknowledgements. Confirmation that the equipment is to the specification along with making sure quantities and standards are adhered to. 
  • Follow the company procedures, policies and complete the relevant documents for issuing and checking for the designs. 
  • Create Bills of Materials. Furnish the equipment required and quantities on to the newly created BoMs. 
  • Liaise with the Main Contractors, consultants and Architects and clients. 
  • Survey sites taking all the required dimensions of the shaft, landings, and motor room to produce the lift arrangement designs and assess how equipment will be delivered. 
  • Populate lift test sheets ready for the lift test by our in-house lift testers. 
  • Technical support to the commercial and site teams with design related enquiries. Project administration for the duration of the project. 
  • Mechanical designing and drawing experience.
  • Preparation of drawing, Flow sheet/ Equipment layout/ piping layout/ isometric and should have the knowledge about mechanical design.
  • Study plans for the upcoming generation of new models, and develop strategies for improving upon current models.
  • Design products using CAD, and consult with engineering and manufacturing teammates to ensure that designs are feasible.
  • Develop and build prototypes and run tests to measure their level of function.
  • Record and evaluate testing data, altering designs as necessary to bring them to safety, performance and efficiency standards.
  • Consult with fabrication teams during product manufacturing, advising them on design specifications and providing physical assistance when required.
  • Research competitor products quarterly and collaborate with the product development team to generate ideas for making our products the best ones on the market.
  • Calculate cost estimates for final product designs, and release reports to supervisors, incorporating costs of labour, material, delivery and overhead.
  • Attend weekly team meetings to provide progress reports, obtain updates on colleagues’ progress, strategize on steps for the following week and acquire information about projected emerging product lines.
  • Good Knowledge of Solidworks, AutoCAD 2D, 3D Design Drafting of Engineering Drawing Mechanical Coordination.

Electrical Supervisor  – WNEES15052024

  • Execute plans of electrical wiring for well functioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems.
  • Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems.
  • Install safety and distribution components. (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.)
  • Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components.
