Paperback Original in the UK. Originally published in hard covers in the US by Simon and Schuster in 1945 and then in paperback by Pocket Books in 1946. Light reading creasing to the spine which also has some edge rubbing and two pieces of archival tape around the top and bottom. The front cover has a reading crease down the left side next to the spine, a three quarter inch closed tear to the right edge and two creases to the top right corner - one an inch long and the other four inches long. The covers also have some edge rubbing and are pulling away from the text block slightly at the front of the book. The pages are browned with small tears to the edges of the first three pages, a little edge wear and a one crease to the top corner of page 93. First printing. Seller Inventory # 015975

Other overseas orders: shipping costs are based on books weighing 800g. I will generally use whatever method is covered by the standard postage charge but if you specifically wish to have it sent surface or airmail or anything else please ask and I will amend the charge accordingly. Please only choose the cheaper surface mail option if you do not mind waiting - the suggested upper time limit for this form of delivery is 60 days and it can take that long - and sometimes a bit longer. If therefore you wish to receive the book in 2-3 weeks then please opt for the more expensive postage option which will guarantee airmail delivery.
