For over 30 years, Marlene Watson-Tara has been active in all aspects of health and wellness alongside her day job as a highly successful sales agent for the sportswear giant Reebok. Her first book, The No Nonsense Guide to Healthy Living, was the result of her experience working with clients to revitalize their lives. Her macrobiotic cooking students range from complete beginners to accomplished chefs. She leads popular health and macrobiotic retreats throughout Europe, America, and Australia.
