Rice noodles are vegan! But not many options here because the 4 flavours for the
yunnan style rice noodles are made from meat broth. So I went for the other stuff in the menu. But my noodles tasted plain with just some vinegar. I don’t know if it’s because they forgot to add in the spices.. My fav from the meal was the tea, i’m inspired to make my own 8 treasure tea!(chrysanthemums, red dates,luohan guo, raisins, goji berries, Chia seeds, tea leaves?)
