David Kent opened Charleston’s first exclusive buyer’s agency, The Real Buyer’s Agent, in 1995, with his business partner W.C. “Cece” Stricklin. This was a relatively new approach to the real estate business. Instead of acting as dual agents as most traditional agencies, The Real Buyer’s Agent only represents home buyers.

Since David and his team specialize in the buying process he has a vested interest in representing his client’s best interests.
