    AGS Media is seeking an experienced Junior Talent Manager to join a fast-growing team. As a Jr. Talent Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing artists within the television & film industry. This job will require you to be experienced in working with developed clients in addition to helping support their careers. In addition, the candidate will be working in a collaborative environment that deals with managing clients in film, literary, music, influencers and fine art spaces. The candidate must also be experienced with the dynamics of various breakdown websites; such as: Casting Networks, Breakdown Services, and Casting Frontier. Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office. Applicants MUST have agency or management experience to qualify.

    The Jr. Talent Manager will be intimately involved in the planning and scheduling of a varied range of projects, and client management. While working within a multi-disciplined team. The ability to clearly communicate tasks, goals, priorities and meet deadlines in a professional manner. Reports directly to the CEO & Management Team. Motivating and communicating with the talent will be essential. Ability to proactively troubleshoot and provide feedback openly and transparently.

    Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment of established artists in the film, television, or theater backgrounds.

    • Manage the artist's career including career advice, pitching to casting directors, agents or production executives, and giving business advice.

    • Submitting artists using the necessary breakdown platforms that are provided including Breakdown Services, Casting Networks and Casting Frontier.

    • Development, implementation, and manage successful, an artist-first strategy that works with the company brand.

    • Creating email pitches and packages for the artist and pitching to casting directors and producers.

    • The ability to pitch the company's talent division to new and existing businesses to extend relationships.

    • 1-3 years prior talent management or agency experience.

    • Strong record of managing client relationships, utilizing a network of industry contacts, and companies.

    • 2-4 year degree or experience in Management, Communications or Business-related field preferred

    • Perform tasks and other services that are reasonably required by Company, specifically the CEO and are usually customarily performed by Contractors in the entertainment industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

    • Schedule and coordinate staff and other internal meetings

    • Maintain contact lists

    • Make travel arrangements such as booking cars, flights and making hotel and restaurant reservations.

    • Handle expense reports

    • Greet and assist visitors

    • Transcribe meeting notes and distribute to the team

    • Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their positive experience

    • Assist with research

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of previous administrative experience supporting multiple executives preferred

    • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT

    • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Able to take on varying responsibilities and adapt to changing situations with minimal notice and guidance

  • Description:

    Atlanta, GA based management company is seeking a senior level Project Manager to lead post-sale execution on our Brand Partnerships team. This seasoned PM will execute high-level client programs by providing best-in-class customer service across multifaceted talent and entertainment-based partnerships spanning three key types of programs

    • custom branded video and written content, talent alignments, and custom events and tentpole sponsorships. This role will work closely with internal departments and client teams to manage timelines, budgets, creativity, and content to flawlessly execute programs and cultivate rich storytelling

    Our ideal candidate is confident interfacing with senior-level management across a variety of internal and external teams and has exceptional communication skills and experience in working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects daily.

    • This is a three-month contract role that reports directly to the Senior Director of Project Management.

    Primary Responsibilities: 

    • Lead execution of high-touch programs, upwards of $3MM+, that span across multiple facets of the brand

    • Oversee all elements of sold programs, including timelines, budgets, creative executions, and follow-up on all deliverables

    • Directly responsible for client and agency management across programs, including custom branded video, written content, talent alignments, custom events, tentpole sponsorships, and more

    • Lead all client calls and presentations throughout the duration of each program

    • Potential for on-site client management and execution at key events

    • Management of finance operations, including communication of invoicing terms and details, relaying billing paperwork, processing invoices, communicating with Finance and Operations Director to resolve payment issues

    • Ability to identify creative solutions for tight P&Ls across all sold programs – be a resource within the Project Management team

    • Liaise across Brand Partnerships, Editorial, Account Management, Product, Social, Branded Content, etc. to maintain best-in-class project management practices

    • Create materials related to sold programs, including deal point memos, budgets, contracts, presentation decks, and program recaps/case studies

    Required Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's degree

    • Minimum 7 years experience in digital, publishing, or other media marketing

    • Experience in digital, video, and branded content

    • Working knowledge of the online advertising, music, and entertainment industries

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - deliver information in a clear and concise manner

    • Team-oriented – flexible taking on tasks outside of the standard scope of work, helpful, and able to work well with others

    • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment

    • Keynote, JIRA, and Salesforce experience is a plus

    The Inside Sales Representative position is primarily responsible for following up on warm leads who are engaged in AGS Media, Inc. products and converting them into customers. You will reach out to prior and potential clients to increase participation with events and products.

    Responsibilities:

    • Daily review of the leads provided from the different sources and funnels

    • Call, email, and use various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of the lead

    • Convert leads into customers

    • Track and report on all leads within the pipeline

    • Works on miscellaneous projects as directed by the Executive Team

    Qualifications:

    • No sales experience required; ongoing sales training is provided

    • High earning potential- base salary, plus commissions

    • Problem Solving - Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; develop alternative solutions; work well in group problem-solving situations
