À La Carte Cuisine is proud to celebrate 30 years and counting of excellence in custom manufacturing and private labeling. We are a food manufacturer and food product designer located in Belle Rose, Louisiana that serves the food service industry with prepared foods, both proprietary and branded. The company was started in 1987 and has steadily grown to over 50 employees who work in a new, state-of-the-art facility completed in 2001. Our USDA/FDA certified facility uses HACCP and SQF guidelines to meet the highest-quality standards in food preparation. Let us be your partner for success!
