Latrisha, Having a mentor is key meaning a seasoned agent who is willing to teach you the ropes. If you join a team the Team Leader is your go to person. Your Brokerage should be able to give you some type of training as well. I would have to say making sure all forms were filled out properly.... Your Brokerage should be able to give you some type of training as well. I would have to say making sure all forms were filled out properly. Asking questions when I wasn't sure how to handle a certain scenario or client. Having a positive attitude is a major factor in your success.
