Our Ideal Customer

My ideal customer is anyone who is looking for top notch service from a reputable, trustworthy realtor when thinking of buying or selling a home. Customers who are interested in knowing how much their house is worth. Anyone moving to the area and is interested to learn about the different areas of Charlotte and North Carolina as a whole.

About Us

Realtor Licensed in Nc & Sc with Keller Williams Charlotte-Ballantyne Area. I cover the entire Charlotte area. My goal is to go above and beyond for every client. Real estate has been one of the biggest blessings because I've been able to help many people. Being responsive, reliable, honest, and trustworthy is the base and foundation of how I run my business.

Representing my clients' best interests is how I can develop lasting relationships and generate repeat business. Business networking is critical to me. Going above and beyond for each client is how I'm able to receive referrals from past clients. I crawl into crawlspaces, inspect attics, and try to represent my clients and their money as much as I possibly can!

One of the most important traits a Realtor can have is how strong their network is. The Realtor is the one who should be able to recommend trustworthy, honest, reliable, professionals involved in selling real estate because they should be doing.

How We Got Started

I worked with Allen Tate for 2 years and received some of the best training available. I worked beside some of the top producing Realtors in the area. It was a great experience but I ended up getting an opportunity to help start Wilcox Real Estate Group. It changed my whole outlook on real estate and business in general. Being one of the first 3 Realtors there I felt a sense of ownership.

We had grown to 19 Realtors as of May this year and things couldn't be going better. We have established ourselves as a local boutique real estate firm that really knows the area. They have the knowledge of the Charlotte Area Real Estate Market to guide buyers and sellers through successful transactions. Making Real Estate Real Easy!

Competition, to a certain degree, is what drives me in my business. I have tons of competition in Real Estate. My biggest competition in business is myself. I'm more interested in finding and reaching my true potential. I know I'm capable of whatever I set out to do. Without competition, I can't see what ideas and strategies are working. I love to study what my competition is doing well. I'm not talking about ripping people off how they do business and stealing ideas. I love taking good ideas and making them great ideas!

Then slightly right behind that is FINANCES... Cash is still King. Get Preapproved prior to seeing any homes. I've seen it too many times.  Someone halfway in halfway out then when that home comes.... the client isn't ready. Any time you make an offer, you will have to submit proof of funds if paying cash, or a prequal or preapproval letter from the lender. These are documents saying you are "qualified." to buy a home for that certain amount. ALSO! Choose a local lender!.. Taylor Pelzel Taylor Pelzel Realtor NC & SC

Over 99 percent of businesses in the U.S. are "small businesses" because they have less than 500 employees, BUT WOW, is it frustrating to see Ruths' Chris receive 20 million??? Lol, no one will be able to afford a steak if all this money goes to "small businesses" like this.  The Federal Government would mess up a mayonnaise sandwich!
