I enjoy sellers and buyers, from first timers to move-up, empty nesters within the area I have lived and raised my 4 children ....... working for 39 years in the Grand Prairie - Mansfield - Arlington - Midlothian area's give me the best opportunity to help them reach their goals and be available! I've experienced it all personally from the 1st-time buyer in a new state, to move up buyer-seller and investing in land and homes, reselling or holding as rentals.
My next adventure as I am a "Baby Boomer" is to assist in retirement housing, selling homes that aren't correct for these owners and moving them to the next home whether that be lake home, golf community, condo or just a one-story single family property that is easy care.

How We Got Started
Moved from Wisconsin and found that Texas is huge! Having young children and my spouse a teacher/coach we wanted to provide a great family setting and that included me leaving my Sales/scheduling job with long haul trucking company and creating a new life of relationships!
Real estate gave me plenty of opportunity to use my business skills, negotiating, attention to detail and value of doing the right thing to assist people in finding or selling their most prized purchase - their home!

I started my real estate career part-time, 38 years ago it was more nights and weekends which allowed me to work my day job and real estate. As I learned more, met more people (I Moved 1200 miles and knew no one 2 years prior) I took the leap of faith and quit my paid job.
Just like everyone notes, there were great times and then lean times. You just keep working! You can because of your goals and my family, I love my job! Helping people sell and buy one of their most valuable assets where they live, love and take care of their families, pets, themselves.
