About Us

AYAO Insurance - Team AYAO was established in May of 2018 and is located in beautiful Kirkland. Alice and her team have been actively involved in Kirkland Chamber of Commerce and in local events such as Big Climb Seattle to support Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Alice is very proud to have the opportunity to represent Allstate, a trusted national-brand that stands behind its promise to help protect what’s most important to her customers and their family.

Alice is a licensed Property & Casualty agent in Washington State and she is also licensed in Series 6 and Series 63.

How We Got Started

Alice has been a licensed insurance agent since 2007, the same year she graduated from University of Washington with a B.S. degree in Psychology.

Growing up, Alice wanted to be a veterinarian to help animals. In college, she studied to be a psychologist, hoping to help people one day. Being an insurance agent had never crossed Alice's mind, but it didn't take long for her to realize that being an insurance agent is exactly what she wants to be.

The opportunity to became an agency owner came in 2018 and Alice was very fortunate to have met Gretchen and Joti, both are invaluable members to her agency.

We look forward to many years of serving everyone in our wonderful community.
