Alternative Healing,Reiki,Native American ceremony and herbal medicine,Oriental Medicine,Meditation techniques,custom made energy jewelry,ceremonial drums. I love sending out distance healing. I am very open-minded and like to explore concepts way outside the 'box'. I am also a medical intuitive and can offer insight or recommendations to release dis-ease and help clear out old stuck patterns to bring homeostasis back to the body.

I have been doing just more of the same only at a broadened level as far as my own approach to health and wellness. In my Reiki Practice, I know that balance is a key for health and healing. An integrated way to keep everything in perspective is key. Of course, fear and anxiety are bigger issues as we are exposed to much more negativity in social media and news programs. From the standpoint of being a former Immune compromised person, I know that added stress can be devastating. Isolation can be a trigger for all kinds of negative and unhealthy behaviors as well. I focus on the things that trigger dopamine boosts in the brain. It is the happy chemical released whenever you find or feel something that gives you a boost of a rush of joy. Since social contact and hugging are not in the picture, I find as much humorous material as possible to keep me laughing and share that as well to others. Music is of huge importance for me as well as creative pursuits. I am finding this as a time where My creative flow can be allowed to expand without the constant interruption of some of the daily routines related to social obligations. I also have more meditation time which gives me enhanced inner exploration and deeper understanding of the enrichment that it provides in terms of peace of mind and also stronger immune function. While I am of course affected by the seriousness and sadness the world population is suffering from, I hold to the belief that great good can come out of the darkness and pray that we can all rise out of it as better and more compassionate humans.

I am offering nightly virtual meditation and Healing circles plus taking in distant healing requests all over the country and ,even from England, mostly from people with chronic health conditions who cannot get to their regular holistic treatments such as acupuncture or chiropractic adjustments. I am honored to be of service in this capacity. Isolation is tough, especially on those with chronic or painful conditions. Reaching out to someone who is trained and experienced in sending some special, compassionate and positive care during this unstable time can make a world of difference to a scared and lonely individual. I see most of my Reiki community doing much of the same and it fills my heart with hope and gratitude to see all the love and kindness that will keep our lights shining through all this darkness. As a person trained in massage techniques,I want quality and skill,professional and personal integrity involving the ethics of the person whom I develop a relationship with as a client. There is an intimacy involved with therapeutic body work. Respect for personal boundaries,making that client feel safe and secure adds to the deep healing that can be achieved through massage and or energy work. Aggressive or authoratative actions do more harm than good in this field of work. Massage therapist also have to constantly battle the infantile associations of sexual activity related to Bodywork therapies. It is Not appropriate or acceptable to have to defend your profession and skills of healing against this stigma. I think people seeking massage are more afraid of what they become aware of in themselves as they become more in touch with their own bodies. A good therapist is one who is totally aware of body,mind,And spirit connecting through a deep relaxing and safe experience with Massage.

Many of my clients become like family. Because of the nature of my service and the support system involved,it can turn into a long term relationship. This in turn causes an emotional engagement because the foundation involves trust and confidentiality. We become partners in the issues involved in providing my client with the support needed to move forward. Many times this kind of relationship between us turns it into a life long friendship. There are established boundaries at the onset,if course. But sometimes,after the work is completed,we still remain connected. And they can return with new areas to explore with me at anytime.
