To provide our clients with extensive market analysis and expertise that fosters innovative solutions and rewarding real estate opportunities. To act in the best interest of our clients at all times- bringing unquestionable ethics to each transaction.

How We Got Started

I wanted to get away from the "Big Box" approach of real estate. I worked for a very large team and was a part of that process as it grew from an 8 person team to 80 plus members. What started out as something that really served clients well shifted focus to what served the team instead. I simply prefer knowing my client on a more personal level and being able to assist from that aspect.

I also can return the favor in kind by referring services back when warranted. I base my business on referrals (as most healthy businesses should). I work extremely hard at building a relationship so that people are happy to provide a referral with the only expectation in return is great service.

Find the people who will be your cheerleader and connect. Help others do the same. With all the digital marketing and ads and costs associated, you can spend so much just to try to be on the lowest level of competition in those spaces. Read reviews of the most successful small businesses. They all have one thing in common...service and connection to the client. You can't buy that kind of love. I do my best to make each client feel like they are my most important. If anything goes sour, address it immediately and find a solution.

I know that 90% of the people there are there for the same reasons as me.  The one thing that drives me absolutely mad is people who are there to sell to me right then and there. Some MLM businesses can be very guilty of this and it's a real turn off. I call it the "show up and throw up" model of selling.  Similarly, the event that is modeled to attract people to network that are recruitment or sales pitches in disguise. It is hard for me to believe that this is still a tactic but I've recently been to something like this. I don't stick around and I certainly don't partake in these types of events. These are really the only things that I look to avoid at all cost when attending networking events.

I absolutely do. I want to make sure we are a good fit and see if there are common grounds. I want to see if we have similar connections and activities.
