How We Got Started

In 1987 I was a stay-at-home Mom with 6 children under the age of 10. (We were the Brady Bunch). I needed a career that would allow me to be there for my children more than a 9-5 "job". I've been licensed as a Real Estate Agent, Property Manager, and now Broker-in-Charge since then!

I'm going to give you the honest answer... In 35 years in real estate I've held hundred of open houses, and sold ONE. The reason agents hold open houses is 1) the sellers expect it and 2) to gain new clients/customers.   (more) I'm going to give you the honest answer... I've had a variety of "professional" aka studio headshots and pretty much hated them all. Way too posed. Then one day my husband took my photo on our dock and I love it. My smile is much more natural, and, living sling the coast people say they feel it looks "relateable" with a local... My smile is much more natural, and, living sling the coast people say they feel it looks "relateable" with a local background.  I've cropped it into a head shot and it's by far my favorite.
