How We Got Started

When my children were young I looked for a career that would offer flexibility. That search has grown into a 29 year career. I've worked with small companies and large corporations. I've worked with buyers purchasing a $17,000 mobile home and sellers selling a million dollar oceanfront condo. I am astute at listening to my client's needs and helping them meet their goals.

Drowning, My advise is fairly basic but valid... I'm a 60 year old who manages 2 small apartment communities while also selling real estate full time. 2 of my employees at the management company 69 and 72 and they both do an excellent job.  The thing is - they don't "act" their age. I'm a 60 year old who manages 2 small apartment communities while also selling real estate full time. 2 of my employees at the management company 69 and 72 and they both do an excellent job.  The thing is - they don't "act" their age. They both have a positive attitude, don't talk about "how old they are" and don't dwell on their weaknesses. I swear they work harder than any 30-40 year old I could hire and I wouldn't trade either of them for anyone else. I totally agree with the advise you've already received and I know that you will find the right job for you if you take those suggestions and stay/act positive. Focus on your strengths and what you have to offer and your future employer will also.
