How We Got Started

I started the firm in 1996 after the company I was working for closed, and I decided that it was a good time to invest in myself. At that point, I had 12 years experience as a Realtor and Mortgage Loan Officer.

I have taken the necessary precautions by not shaking hands, wipe door knobs and my hands after each showings. I also spray Lysol in my office after each visit. No, I welcome it. It is best that the buyer is aware of what they are purchasing. If there is a problem, then the buyer and seller can decide on who does what or a reduction in price. If it has market exposure and no offer, then you are probable overprice. If not, you may want to market it as an Inn. Be sure to have a Profit & loss to show income. Best of luck. It is human nature for one to believe that they are getting a bargain by not paying full price and to get the cheapest price possible for goods or services. However, they are not taking into consideration that the company has financial obligation to meet and should they reduces their cost then... The saying goes" you get what you paid for".
