How We Got Started
I started the firm in 1996 after the company I was working for closed, and I decided that it was a good time to invest in myself. At that point, I had 12 years experience as a Realtor and Mortgage Loan Officer.

I have taken the necessary precautions by not shaking hands, wipe door knobs and my hands after each showings. I also spray Lysol in my office after each visit. Thoroughly wash hands as soon as I get back to the office or home.

No, I welcome it. It is best that the buyer is aware of what they are purchasing. If there is a problem, then the buyer and seller can decide on who does what or a reduction in price.

If it has market exposure and no offer, then you are probable overprice. If not, you may want to market it as an Inn. Be sure to have a Profit & loss to show income. Best of luck.

The saying goes" you get what you paid for".
