Our ideal customer has an immediate or short window for action...and if buying, has the means or is pre-approved. We also assist families in the process of finalizing the sale of estate properties, whether willed or probate.

I always believe in being yourself. Most people can sense when somone is trying to be someone they are not. That immediately instills a lack of trust. Therefore, being yourself is showing others you are honest in your dealings. That ultimately wins me the very best clients.

In my opinion, if an Agent/Broker is working ethically as expected of that role, the transaction broker can offer a smooth transaction with cohesive communication that's a win-win for all parties. Many times when buyers and sellers are represented by 2 brokers there's a breakdown of comunication...

Many times when buyers and sellers are represented by 2 brokers there's a breakdown of comunication and deals can fall apart when they could have been salvaged had it been just one agent representing.
