In home Foot health care Nurse service. Foot care, wound care, injections etc. I provide high standard, holistic nursing care. I am an RN with an extensive nursing history which includes: Diabetic clinic nursing, medical and Surgical nursing, infectious diseases unit in Oxford, U.K, infection control, hospices, Neurology and neurosurgery, learning disabilities,infection control. I worked in different hospitals on various different ward areas, long term care homes, as well as clients homes. Sixteen years+ RN experience in both the U.K and Canada, and which includes caring for seniors including acute medical and gerantology with post graduate education in gerantology. Wound care, stoma care, bowel care, feeds, injections, medications, assessments, and more. I know my limitations, abide to the law, and know when to refer. Liability insured. Starting my MSc Diabetes care online part time October 2021 via University of Warwick. Top 10 university in the U.K. After two years on completion I'll be a Diabetic specialist too.
With the vast experience I hold as an RN, you can find me on linked in to see my full work experience history, to management level, which also included home visit nursing, Acute Brain Injury unit at the National Neurology and Neurosurgery hospital in England and included rapid stroke patient assessment and management, multidisciplinary team meetings, and effectively advocating for patients. Diabetic clinic experience, gerantology, long term care homes and residential care, home care nursing, including palliative care, and hospices. It was time to bring it together to do something I'm passionate about and love the most, caring for those that need help and support at home, and helping prevent hospitalization as far as possible, e.g from falls.
