There is a few issues your client may run into with this logo. Will they be ordering apparel? If yes, embroidery maybe a problem. Contact a digitizer and get some ideas from them.
You should keep your designs confidential. You don't want them copied before your client has the chance...

That is why I keep the design, set up and print cost separately. I also let the client know up front if they want to take the design to one of their printers, there is a release fee of the design. If the client agrees, we sign an agreement contract.
