To you small do-it-all-yourself service professionals who are overwhelmed by wearing every hat in your business.…when you find yourself missing the passion that originally ignited you into opening your business or wishing you could be more involved with your clients and team, it’s time to do what YOU do best by outsourcing the rest.
Trust your numbers to an independent professional, without the risk and cost of hiring an extra employee. My favorite service provider clients have up to 9 employees and several sub-contractors.
Who we want to be referred to
My ideal referral partners are professional service providers such as accountants and realtors.

It's Time To KNOW Your Money so you can GROW Your Money,
Bookkeeper Cate
In Sterling, CO, I graduated from Northeaster Junior College as an administrative assistant in 1994 and entered the workforce to support executives and teams in government, construction, non-profit, and health care. The construction industry is what I spent 22 of my working years learning intimately.
In the winter of 2021 when the "poke" became a topic of being mandated for employees of certain businesses, I made the decision that I would someday become an independent contractor rather than an employee so I can make my own health care choices.
Fast forward to spring 2022 when the mass resignation economy made it too challenging for my employer to stay in business. When that company closed I formed my own independent practice as Bookkeeper Cate LLC.
