How did we get started?
We first started as a wellness center that transitioned into a coworking center. While coworking offices have always been big in the city, suburbs have been slower to open coworking spaces. There is a need for flexible office spaces.

What value does coworking provide people who live in the outer suburbs of Boston?
The biggest value someone gets out of coworking is the sense of community and being tied to something that is bigger than yourself. The people you meet might change each day and there is an opportunity to forge new relationships or foster the ones you've already made.

(more) One of the secret ingredients so to speak we use at Vita Therapia is our dedication to our Mission Statement, which is all about the idea that we all go up together.  We are looking for people to join our community who are looking to grow or who are new and need a little bit of support.  We are a great resource for providing space in ways that work for many types of businesses without subscribing to a cookie cutter way of pricing or a profit percentage based model. We absolutely love creating an environment for people and businesses to come and be all that they can be.

Having a CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) is critical to growing a business for many reasons.  The biggest benefit for using a CRM is that it helps you capture information about your sales, pipeline, and growth of your business.  If you are not looking at your sales and pipeline it... (more) Having a CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) is critical to growing a business for many reasons.  The biggest benefit for using a CRM is that it helps you capture information about your sales, pipeline, and growth of your business.  If you are not looking at your sales and pipeline it can be very easy for your leads and business to dry up.  A CRM provides an excellent tool to organize and review all of this data in one single platform.  When searching for which CRM to use you need to look at the following: What applications are you already using and how would each potential CRM work with these applications?  (You don't want to implement a CRM that doesn't work with any of your applications.) What information does the CRM natively track and report on in your monthly or yearly subscription? There are many types of CRMs and not all of them have reporting built into their base level packages, knowing what you are getting is vital. How easy is it to customize the CRM application to your organization's needs?  I've implemented all different kinds of CRMs and one of the biggest roadblocks people run into is they didn't think about all of the data points that would be going into the CRM application before hand.  Before you even start looking list all of the different data points that you will enter and track, then you'll need to look to see how the basic CRM application is set up.  Does it meet your needs or will you need to customize?  If there is a lot of customization that needs to be done, it might be a sign that you need to keep looking. Overall cost?  You need to think of the seat cost now and in the future for each CRM option.  Is the CRM billed yearly or monthly?  If you are a small business where cash flow is still top of mind you will want to go for a monthly plan over a yearly expense. There are so many other things to think of but these are the most important.
