The “Studio Tecnico Associato ALL INGEGNERIA”, is a professional association founded in accordance with the law of November 23,1939 n°1815, starting from 1987 and up to December 2014 went by the name of “Studio Tecnico Prof. Eng. Rodolfo Antonucci- Dott. Eng. Stefano Leoni & Associati”.
It was originally composed of the two charter members: Prof. Eng. Rodolfo Antonucci and Eng. Stefano Leoni; in time it evolved up to the current team composed of: Eng. Stefano Leoni, Eng. Marco Lorenzini, Eng. Claudia Marconi, Eng. Francesco Cappanera, Eng. Marco Principi, Eng. Angela Scorpecci, Eng. Daniele Guarnieri.
The main objective of the Association is to provide a high-quality professional product in the fields of Architectural, Structural, Urban and Plant design , in order to express the over twenty years experience acquired and the single member’s skills; members are able to take care of the customer for the duration of technical services, whatever the complexity of design.
ALL INGEGNERIA earned the Certification of Quality Management System in accordance with the standard UNI-EN ISO 9001 since 2003; as required by law all business processes are organized and supervised systematically, in order to guarantee an increasing performance level.
In particular, the Quality Management System provides that the design project is exactly defined through a series of activities which guarantee: the commission’s planning, the collection of date and basic requirements, the development of the following levels of design (preliminary, definitive and executive design), the verbalization of the assessment design, the introduction, the discussion and the approval of following levels of design with the customer.
The processes of Construction Supervision, Accounting, Measurement, Coordination for Design and Execution (D.Lgs 81/2008) are defined, organized and monitored according to standard UNI-EN-ISO 9001.
In the matter of Construction site Safety ALL INGEGNERIA, following the standard’s evolution, has deepened the sector’s problems and has defined the dynamics processes aimed to the understatement of risks connected to construction industry. This commitment made possible many collaborations with important public and private authority like the Interport of Jesi and ANAS.
It is important to specify that ALL INGEGNERIA, in a time span of 25 years, developed its business in the area of Public Works that allows to gain experience about buildings with an artistic and architectonical value.
In particular designs and construction supervisions have been performed in the field of structural retrofitting, seismic improvement of reinforced concrete and masonry buildings as school complex, hospitals, barracks, taking care of the stability of the buildings and their seismic behavior (the latter are performed in accordance with O.P.C.M 3274, of D.M. 2005 and of D.M. 2008).
In confirmation of the important qualification in this field, from 2006 ALL INGEGNERIA won a large number of seismic vulnerability’s assessments (in accordance with O.P.C.M n° 3274/2003 and D.M 14/01/2008) of public buildings, schools, theatres, hospitals, nursing homes and barracks for a total volume of more than 1.800.000,00 m3.
“ALL INGEGNERIA”, earlier called “Studio Tecnico Prof. Ing. Rodolfo Antonucci – Dott. Ing. Stefano Leoni”, is born like a team of structural engineers in seismic areas.
From the origins it shows clearly the “social” which aims the team that, based on thirty years experience in the field of earthquake engineering, is at the service of the Private and Public Sector.
The “Team” aim to be the technical representative in favor of public safety, in case of earthquake; in particular it take interest both in new constructions and in seismic assessment of existing buildings such as strategic buildings (hospitals, schools…) and buildings which belongs to the architectural heritage.
The undertaking of this role presumes a continuous study in the field of innovative technologies and new anti-seismic systems (dissipative systems and seismic isolation systems).
The scientific activity derived from the imprinting of Prof. Rodolfo Antonucci (he was member up to December 2014 and he has a curriculum vitae full of academic awards relative to a prolific research activity and any publications among which specific texts about structural restoration works); now it developes both within the “Team”, thanks to the cultural background and to the skills of members, and externally through the collaboration with prestigious partners who are qualified in seismic protection.
The challenge of the “Team”, who work in the national area, is to turn attention beyond national boundary. Recently in fact they have obtained the results as the participation to tender notice in association with international organizations (“Consultancy Services for Design of Kartal Lutfi Kirdar Hospital”, Turkey 2009; “Improving Resilience to Seismic Risk Project – National Vulnerability Assessment and Pilot Retroffitting”, Bhutan 2014).
