About Your Home Inspector
I am a Licensed Home Inspector and General Contractor, serving Florida's community for over 16 years. I specialize in residential construction protocols, property preservation and assessments. As an inspector, I have been thoroughly trained in every system throughout the house to insure proper operation and efficiency. I am also proficient in pointing out any deficiencies found that require corrections. I have worked closely with with a variety of city departments pulling permits and insuring that all jobs were completed by The Florida Building Code. Today, my main focus is on providing services to all home owners with an emphasis on inspections. I hope to give peace of mind to others so that they can focus on what actually matters.
