Partiamo dal fatto che si tratta di un libro che spiega, con una buona panoramica, una serie di concetti basici di marketing, utilizzando spesso degli esempi che aiutano a capire i termini più "tecnici". L'autore ci spiega le varie fasi di costruzione di un piano di marketing efficace e con obiettivi concreti e realistici. Il messaggio che a mio avviso si vuol far passare è come si possa semplificare al massimo questa operazione, senza perdere di vista quelli che sono i passaggi fondamentali per avere un piano calendarizzato nel tempo e che possa portare a risultati reali.
Il registro linguistico utilizzato è davvero alla portata di tutti e con un pizzico di ironia costante che rende la lettura davvero piacevole. Il testo originale è in inglese, ma io l'ho preso in spagnolo per fare pratica con la lingua. Se non sapete come funziona il marketing questo è un ottimo testo da cui partire. Complimenti all'autore!
