Thinner Liquid Product than I'm Used To
I had an opportunity to the Foster & Thrive Stomach Relief Liquid for Nausea, Heartburn, Indigestion, Upset Stomach, and Diarrhea product. It is similar in taste to the name brand product I typically use but has a thinner consistency. It worked fine but the price is almost double what I typically pay for a similar product. I gave it 4 stars because it works but it is expensive.

The pink bottle of Foster & Thrive Stomach Relief Liquid seems to be the same in every respect to the name brand with one exception. It seems to be a little thinner. I actually like that better, because the thicker brand coats my throat unpleasantly and unnecessarily because the medicine is intended for the stomach. There's no need for it to linger in my throat. Highly recommended.

This appears to be made in the same generic supplier factory as Walgreens and Walmart's store brands at almost twice the price or more.

Walgreens sells the same size for $5 or 2 for $9. Walmart's Equate brand's 8 ounces sells for $3.56. The only difference in the packaging is the label.

Amazon sells 24 ounces (2 x 12-ounce bottles) of brand name Pepto Bismol for $10.11.

Obviously, this product is a horrible value compared to all this.

My rating system:
5 Stars = Knocks it out of the park. A great value!
4 Stars = Excellent product. A solid buy.
3 Stars = It provides some value, but perhaps not as advertised.
2 Stars = A little dubious, so do your research. Read the critical reviews!
1 Star = Avoid this product and look elsewhere.

I've used both name brand and several generic store brand stomach relief liquids and this seems comparable to all of them. It works, but at the current price it doesn't seem like a good value relative to other options. Prices change though so I would reorder it if it appears to be more aggressively priced at that time.

Flavor, texture, and consistency are exactly what you'd expect for a generic Pepto. Too thin, too chalky and a weird aftertaste. If you've tried store brands before you'll know exactly what to expect. Normally this trade is a conscious one for the reduced price. Unfortunately, this product comes in at almost exactly what the name-brand one does, which makes no sense.

I'd skip this one at the current price and just buy actual Pepto.

Just like the brand name. Works as expected. The flavor is the same to me as well. I am not a fan of the liquid and prefer the chewable, but sometimes I end up using the liquid for heartburn and indigestion because it coats as it goes down. It works quickly and works well. Be sure to adhere to the instructions.

So far it’s just like the thing we all know. It’s good. My big complaint is some moron put the price sticker over the instructions making them really difficult for me to use it safely. Like the sticker didn’t peel off so I don’t really know what is safe to use. Ingredients and doses are covered which is unsafe as heck.
Good product probably but the safety stuff is obscured. I cannot condone a medicine that has instructions that are unreadable.
