    The functionality of this phone is great. My child loved it and she carried it everywhere. However, the screen is made of glass and with no case available the screen cracked the first time it fell. It was not even a hard fall, my phone has had worst falls and the screen is still brand new. Do not waste your money on an item your kid will love and will be heartbroken to part with. It has not been even a month since we bought and there is no option to ask for a refund or return. Very disappointed in this item.
