This is absolutely perfect for my needs. It helps with my restless legs and to reduce ankle swelling. I sit at a desk working on a computer all day and the gentle back and forth movement doesn't interfere with my work at all. Other reviews have mentioned that it is too slow. If you are looking for a work out, then this wouldn't do it. This is more for therapy, but it does provide light to moderate exercise. I can feel it flexing my leg muscles. For those who are having issues with their remote - it must be pointed right at the bottom of the unit (where the off/step screen is).

It helps with circulation in my ankles and shins as advertised. No inflammation since I started using it. My only complaint is it's supposed to have 2 speeds but only 1 works. I don't know if it's the slower or faster speed I'm using. I can't pedal like a bicycle or Cubii because the circular motion hurts my knees causing after pain. This machine is perfect for my knees. No after pain or stiffness. I'd have given it 5 starts except for the speed issue.
