UPDATED. Picture deceiving. Bulb is bright metallic blue! One was used and damaged with no bulb.
UPDATING because the two we’ve had so far have been working well, and I like the color of the light. My first two that I purchased we ended up having to use the blue cased bulb Because I couldn’t get any black bulbs in time. All in all, you can’t really see The blue where it’s located. BUT, I ordered two more well lights Because the ones we’ve bought previously have been working so well. The one that arrived today came with a back cases bulb and wasn’t used. We’ll see if the 4th one comes with a black cased bulb.As long as it doesn’t arrive used, covered in dirt and includes a black cased bulb, I would say the unit is a good buy. As long as it doesn’t arrive used, covered in dirt and includes a black cased bulb, I would say the unit is a good buy. It’s very heavy duty, instals easily and works well.
FIRST EXPERIENCE:
Very frustrated. The one lighting unit appears to be ok, haven't installed it yet. I’ll update that after installed. It’s heavy and well seems well made.
ISSUE #1: is with the bulb. (The other light was missing the bulb) The image clearly shows a black casing led bulb. Black. As you can see from the pictures, it’s a very bright shiny blue. I only bought the option “WITH BULB” to save myself the hassle of finding a black bulb. Now my time is wasted. The person is here to install the well lights and now i have to go track the black bulbs down. This item is misrepresented. It matters. If buying a nice looking well light like this, no one wants an ugly blue bulb. Did I mention the bulb is black in sellers photos. I like how it is well build. I have not seen any moisture inside the lens. I like the angle of the light source is adjustable. I like the LED MR16 lamp is replaceable.
