I'm very familiar with how these supposed to taste as I grew with them. These are alright, not the most tasteful and too much air in the dough that make them less crunchy than the originals from puglia taste like. Decent compromise if that's all you have. I will probably not buy them again also because the freshness, with the airy dough is debatable as they quickly turn stale.
Worth a try if you are curious about it ... I wish they tasted more like olive oil as well.
