Desde hace más de veinte años se desempeña como coach, consultor, facilitador y entrenador de ejecutivos en más de cincuenta países de América, Europa, África y Asia. Experto en competencias de coaching, desarrolló la primera certificación en Mentor Coaching y Supervisión de Coaching de América Latina.

Es Master Coach Certificada(ICF), Licenciada en Psicología (UBA) y Practitioner en PNL. Se desempeña como docente, coach, mentor coach y supervisora de Coaching, e integra el staff del Goldvarg Consulting Group.

Dr. Damian Goldvarg has thirty years of experience in executive assessment and coaching, leadership development, talent management, facilitation, strategic planning, and team building services. Originally from Argentina, he has extensive experience working with people from different cultures and social backgrounds. He has worked with individuals and organizations in over fifty countries, including the Americas, Europe, and Asia, offering services in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Through his work with multinational Fortune 100 companies, governments and community-based organizations, Damian’s coaching and consulting services have realized extraordinary results for his clients. These results enhance productivity and communication, impact the quality of leadership present within these organizations and improve the quality of the work and personal lives of those individuals he coaches and consults.

He participates actively in various community boards and he was recognized in 1997 with the Daniel Lara Award for Community Involvement and the International Coach Federation Circle of Distinction in 2018 for his contribution to the Coaching Profession. He has presented his work at national and international conferences.

He is a Certified Master Coach, a Certified Coach Supervisor and received his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Alliant University in California. He earned his MS degree in Counseling from California State University, Northridge and received his BA in Clinical Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is a former Board member of the ICF Los Angeles Chapter and Past Global President for the International Coach Federation (2013-2014).

He wrote five books including: Pasos Para el Exito, Competencias de Coaching Aplicadas, Mentor Coaching en Acción, Supervisión de Coaching y Professional Coaching Competencies. He trains professional coaches, mentor coaches, and coaches supervisors.
