Unexpected benefit
I drink protein daily in my morning smoothies but recently decided to add a little more protein to my diet and tried the Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides protein.. I never think any protein tastes great unless it’s loaded with additives and I won’t buy that stuff but this actually tastes pretty good with almond milk. The unexpected perk was the effect it had on my nails. Within a week, I noticed my nails were smoothing. After four weeks, they looked like they do when I smooth my nail surface and then buff them. The shininess reminds me of an oil treatment but they aren’t oily, just soooo smooth and shiny and strong. I wish I had a before picture to contrast with my attached photo! The attached photo is just after washing and drying my hands. No lotion, no oil, no filing/smoothingnof the nail surface, just clean, health nails! I’m also noticing much less nail chipping, breaking and peeling. I will definitely keep using this product and would recommend it to others looking to give their nails a boost!
