+ -1 moreI paid the guy in advance promising us he would do the work. I gave him 1 week but he never came back. Every time we would call him he always says he's too busy. I just want someone from there company to help us with the problem.
Description of Work: Was supposed to help us with the filter leak on our pool.

+ -1 moreThey came highly recommended and came out to inspect the spa and provided me a very detailed estimate. He mentioned work that can wait compared to immediate repairs. The prices they gave seemed very reasonable and we will be hiring them.
Description of Work: They will be working on our above ground spa. I contacted a different company who couldn't do the job since our spa is above ground, so they referred me to Spa Care.

+ -1 moreTHE MAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL IN ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD. HE DID FIX THE PROBLEM BUT HE WAS SOMEWHAT LIMITED BY MY WARRANTY COMPANY. HE WANTED TO MAKE SUGGESTIONS AND REPAIRS, BUT HE COULDN'T FIX THEM THEN BECAUSE I HAD TO CONTACT THE WARRANTY COMPANY FIRST.
Description of Work: THERE WAS A LEAK IN THE DRAIN FROM THE POOL PUMP AND THEY REPAIRED IT.
