Description of Work: He came to the house and thoroughly looked at all the aspects. He measured the whole house. He noted specific details regarding flooring, windows, trim and roof etc. He traversed the whole property and took many photos to graphically backup his notes. He was professional and pleasant to talk with and seem knowledgeable about real estate and his profession. I would recommend him to any one who asked about his business.

+ -1 moreThe process went very well. First of all Brain's WEB site contains a lot of useful and educational information. There are several levels of appraisal available and his site gives a good description of the different levels. It describes what goes into each type of appraisal and what they are typicality used for. Brian was on time and did not hurry the process. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all our questions. In a few days we got nicely prepared appraisal documents. The reports were detained and self-explanatory. We only had a few questions and Brian seemed glad to answer them. I would definitely use Brian again.
Description of Work: Brian did two consumer level appraisals for me. The consumer level is a detailed appraisal that included an outside and inside inspection.
