Derrell is absolutely phenomenal. I thought the hinge was broken on my Lenovo laptop. I found Derrell's on-line repair info, so I called him and we talked briefly about the issue. He said he could look at it - so, within the hour, it was in his hands.
Aside from his obvious technical savvy, he is very personable and articulate....I really enjoyed talking to him.
He texted me within 2 hours to confirm the repair cost and the ETA for completion. The repaired laptop was back in my hands the next day around noon - in perfect condition.
Don't hesitate to contact Derrell for any computer issues - he's straightforward, reliable, and trustworthy.

Darrell was friendly, straightforward and knowledgeable. Everything you'd want when getting your computer repaired. He didn't try and pull a fast one and add more services that i didn't need. He fixed the problem fast and I'm writing this review from my newly fixed computer. Thank you Derrell! I will be using his service any time I have future issues with my computer

+ -1 moreDarrell is unresponsive, unethical and a poor computer repairman. He was unable to fix my phones or tablets. He returned my laptop in worse shape than he received it and didn't call or respond for ten days at one point. He still has some of my devices and it looks like we may have to go to court for me to get them back. There are plenty of qualified repair people around. Stay away from Darrell's. Trust me.
