+ -1 moreThey got at my house around 9 and got the door right open. It was just the bottom lock that was still on. He was through with it in less than 20 minutes and I was back in my house.
Description of Work: I was locked out of my house due to a company closing my door without me asking. He showed up on time and got me back in my house. I would definitely call them again if I need them.

+ -1 moreThe provider came out and rekeyed three locks, as well as repaired one of the locks that did not operate correctly. The cost for the service was reasonable, overall. The most costly part was just having someone come out, period.

+ -1 moreThey are the only company I have ever used. They went to the parking lot where my wife had left the keys inside the car and was locked outside. They will go wherever you want them to go or where your vehicle is. You have to provide them your identification card. I am not exactly sure if they are in contract with the police department, but I do know they have some sort of connection with the police department. So, I thought it was very safe to use them. I gave my wife their number and she called them. I think she paid about $45 for the job. They just came out and put the rod down the window. They opened the lock and the job was done. They always come out in their vehicle, but I do not where they are located. I guess they have several offices. They did not put any marks on the car or the glass. They did not scratch anything up. My wife seemed to be happy. She did not say anything bad about them. I would use them again if required.
Description of Work: I used Pop-A-Lock, two years ago. My wife had locked herself out of the car and they helped her out.
