Through photos and e-mails, pricing was given. On the scheduled date Michael arrived on time, set up his equipment, and efficiently cleaned the windows then installed film. One skylight was over stairs which required a plank run from a ladder to a landing. Two others required use of scaffolding. Floors were protected and care taken to cause no damage to soft wood railings.

Total satisfaction. Could not have expected any more. Highly recommended.

Once there they went over all the possible tints we could have applied to our windows and what you get in each price range. They had the cars done when they said and the end result was fantastic. We can already tell a difference when we're in the Florida heat and sunshine.

I was very pleased from start to finish. Adam responded very quickly to my request for quote and worked with me to find the right match. They have a lot of films to choose from and are very knowledgeable, albeit not pushy. I interviewed several companies and came back to Adam for my final selection. We had a lot of windows (31 panes) done using Vista 51. Al was the installer and very professional, making sure everything was put back in place and keeping the work areas clean. The work was done in one day easy; I attribute this to Al's knowledge and experience in having done this for many years. We received a life time warranty that is transferable if we were to sell the house. I felt like I could communicate with Adam very easily and he was very responsive providing several quotes as I changed my mind through the process. I would highly recommend them.

The biggest problem was the estimate. We removed two windows from the project. The installer indicated that this was about a total of $400. However, we paid (and agreed to) the full price of $2059.20, based on the installer indicating that the original estimate was low by about $500. I agreed that the total price may be fair, but am unhappy about the estimate being off by about $500 (on a $1600 bill excluding the windows that were not filmed). That's about a 30% error on the original estimate. Not acceptable. Minor issues: The stop on one of the vertical blinds was not installed correctly, leaving us unable to open the blind. The handle was installed on the wrong end of the door. The new film does not provide as much radiant heat protection as our old film. Another major issue was that I sent these complaints via email to Mike Felldman (the salesperson) and to "info" at advancedfilmfl.com and received no response 10 days later.

Perfect . Owner came out immediately. I scheduled and installer was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. Explained everything to me and guaranteed the work.

I am very pleased with the process and the result. Adam stayed with me for months as I was working out the best solution for my house, other considerations than just the film selection. The install process was smooth and even free. Love the end result!

Installers, Donna and Dominick were fantastic! They installed Huper Optik Ceramic 30 film on our single pane plate glass windows which are east and southeast facing, overlooking a lake. The summer sun's heat was so great that come sunrise, we had to lower the blinds and thus, lost the lake view. After investigating and pricing other manufacturers' window films, we chose Huper Optiks as being the better quality as well as value.

They were very good at keeping on contact with me, and were great about rescheduling when we were pushed back by the landlord and a hurricane! They arrived on time when they said they would and the film looks amazing! I would highly recommend!
