Rest Assured: no more Assure Green on my property! We contracted Assure Green with a yearly pre-paid agreement which we had to cancel for poor service. Due to wrong analysis and consequent wrong treatments we were forced to replace some of our lawn with new sod patches. This was done on my expense of several hundred dollars by another provider. Seems like no one in this group (manager Josh included) knows enough about the "greens" they are supposed to treat. Plain crabgrass is left to flourish, strong weeds are not treated with the proper weed killing product, etc.. No more…

I hired them back in February, I had some weeds and part of my lawn was not doing well when I hired Assure Green, which is why I hired them. To improve those areas of my lawn that had issues by getting rid of the weeds and feeding the lawn and whatever it took to improve bad areas and keep the rest beautiful. They did nothing but actually make it worse. Crab Grass had never been a problem before, it was taking over my yard even in parts that were beautiful and had never had issues. When the gentleman that sold me on there service asked me to give them a year. Had I given them 5 more months, I would probably have no St. Augustine and have a yard full of crab grass and weeds. This does not even mention that I was paying an extra 55 for my plants. My gold mounds are dying from whatever they did to them, my traveler palms are no better. Not to mention that I called them out on a couple of occasions and everything was everyone else's fault, lawn people, neighbors across street yard because they have weeds, leaves, too much rain, too much heat, too sunny, people must walk by my palms to make the leaves crack. "they have a policy and we will come out and respray or whatever needs to be done". That is a bunch of BS in itself. Long story short. I would not trust them and anyone that uses them needs to actually look closely at there lawn, because crab grass is green and looks ok at a distance but when the flowers start coming out, you look and say what is that.. It will kill your grass.

We’re probably half way through our second year. The service was adequate. Our lawn looks average, not great not horrible. We were also having them do our shrubs. Shortly after their last visit I noticed some of our shrubs looked terrible. Our service technician said it was chemical burn. We have tried to get help with this to no avail. Heather keeps telling us we will hear from them soon. Jason came out to look once and so far we have no response. It just keeps getting worse. We’ve lost a good number of shrubs. Still waiting for some sort of resolution.

We hired Assure Green a little over 6 months ago to help get our yard in shape. Prior to getting Assure Green involved, we had laid St. Augustine sod and unfortunately it did not fair well. Very disappointed in our lawn situation, we reached out to Assure Green and connected with Josh. Josh came out to complete an assessment and was very professional and provided helpful advice. Though the yard was in rough shape, he did not push us toward more expensive interventions such as re-sodding; instead, he was confident his team would be able to care for the lawn and allow the now present Bermuda grass to mix in with the St. Augustine for a nice yard. We are happy to say he was right! We are proud of our space now. Our tech, Adarius, is always prompt, polite, and leaves a thorough handwritten note explaining what he did and what the "care plan" should be until the next treatment. I'll also add that our yard is probably one of their smaller jobs, but we still receive great service. Highly recommend!

I am still fairly new to the Florida area and was not too sure what to expect. The turf here is very different from Washington. I called AssureGreen about 10-12 months ago and got a free lawn estimate the next day. It was very easy to talk to the office staff to schedule the appointment and when ever I had any questions they always gave me information regarding the issue at hand.

Beware! After being a paying customer for a year this is what my lawn looks like. There is no fixing it, will cost me $1,300.00 to have my sod replaced. I have given Assure Green the opportunity to do the right thing prior to me releasing this information, but they have since ignored all of my emails so here I am. Too bad Angies List doesn't allow me to attach pictures so that I could show you what my lawn looks like.

Josh came out and gave the lawn a thorough inspection. He was concerned about a brown patch and extensive broad leaf infestation. His people came out within 24 hours and started treatment to the affected areas. They were very responsive and easy to talk to. They take the time to make sure you know what is going on with your lawn and encourage calling them if there is any problem or issue. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

We have been customers of AssureGreen Lawn Care Services for approximately 4 years now and have been extremely pleased with their service. We appreciate what AssureGreen has done for our property, as we feel that our property is an investment, and a very green and healthy lawn that catches your eyes is part of that investment. This week, I had sent AssureGreen an email, to report that I had found a small patch of weeds on one area of our lawn. Jason Sims, the Owner/Operator of AssureGreen Co. arrived this afternoon to look at the small patch of weeds, that I was going to spot spray myself. Jason determined what type of weeds they are and told me that he would arrange for an application of weed killer to take care of the issues. We recently switched to Assure Green for our lawn care needs and what a difference! After many years and several service companies, we were fit to be tied with the results. The owner himself and his sales manager met with us to discuss our current lawn situation and offered several solutions for our ongoing problems. They were prompt and very courteous and professional. The following week our new lawn techs took over. Steven and his partner, Paul, were both pleasant and thorough. They have given us a renewed confidence that our lawn is now in capable hands!

Service was above board and the technician was very professional and polite. Our lawn is in perfect condition. We are very happy with this company and will continue to use them.

Where do I begin. This company does NOT deserve any stars. This company has completely killed my lawn in a matter of weeks. We decided we would try a new company....so much for that BACKFIRE!!!! I went from having one of the nicest yards in my neighborhood to now having to replace my ENTIRE yard. My yard looks the WORST it has ever looked. No one at this company will take any responsibility for anything. From the moment we had our lawn "treated" we noticed it immediately turning yellow/brown and could see the exact locations the spray had been applied in a zig-zag manor (killing everything around it). We called the office and no one returned our call. We were then told "we can get out there in 2 weeks" (didn't happen) We called again and we were asked to send an email, in which we did and that was "never received" by them. After the 3rd call while we were on vacation, they stated the email went into the junk folder and they still were not offering any further assistance to fix the problem they caused to my yard. Just offer to "treat" it again for no cost. They came out and said the problem was web worms and that they could not control that.....Then, they said the problem was "traffic" and that "it will come back". The funny thing is that there is a CLEAR LINE between both of my neighbors properties that shows a clear spray patter. The icing on the cake is that Heather had been very receptive and was easy to work with. Jason acted like a complete jerk and called me to fight. I had already moved along. I understand that people make mistakes. Jason has a hot head and is very condescending. In full transparency, their refund is backed by them having someone from the county come test your yard to prove they did nothing wrong....not the fact your yard is dead. We recently had landscape curbing put in and they claim the traffic killed the yard. I agree that did add to some areas...It does not explain the clear lines of dead lawn between me and my neighbors or the areas that are 100 ft away from any areas of curbing. I am MORE than willing to pay for a service, but to pay to have a service kill my lawn is not acceptable. The weeds I now have in my yard are actually greener than my grass. PSA- Do yourself a favor and stay FAR way from this company. We went from one of the nicest yards in the area to getting letters from our HOA. Jason knows his business I'm sure...He is not willing to admit that people make mistakes. Very sad....I hope he is proud of himself and his company. Who knows? Maybe he'll respond to this and blow up on me again!

This company is very professional and customer focused. When we had weed issues, they came back and did another treatment at no charge.

Company is always responsive to our calls if we discover weed or lawn pest issues in between treatments.

We had positive experiences. We still have them. We’re happy with them. They are very competitive to everybody else around here. We had few issues. They come when they say they will come and they show up when they say they will be showing up.

I like the fact that they are consistent, they answer the questions, if we have a problem or anything they are more than willing to come and work with us and things like that.? They are reliable.? I don't like the fact that they don't call me and notify me they are coming, so my dogs go wild and that freaks me out.? I never know when they're going to come. They do good work.? They've always been very pleasant, very helpful, and answered all my questions.? It's great.? They are very conscientious and on the ball.?

They came out and treated the yard. It was beautiful. They educated me on how to treat and nurture my roses. I was only charged $25 to treat and take care of the roses.

They have been first rate every single time.

We started with them and had stayed with them.

We highly recommend them and we recommended them to neighbors. We had them for two years. We pay ahead for the year so it is about $300 and something for the whole year.

I love their service. I think they are terrific. We have used them for years.

This was a big deal purchase. I only had them do the one service and they were fine. They came out relatively soon, about a week or two. They came on the agreed-upon date. There was no additional cost. They were scheduled to do something and had some problem, a truck had an accident or something, so there was a little bit of a delay there. The workers that were there were fine; they were very friendly and came out and worked on schedule and everything else.

I paid more. I will not use them again. They should not charge the insecticides.

Everything went smooth as expected and he even did a some extra work for me at a reasonable price.
