Very professional and knowledgeable. Very please with the Tech John that came out.

System was inspected. Cleaning coil was an extra $200+. Tech did not have a ladder to gain attic access. Used mine. Starter capacitor was "weak". Recommended replacement which was done for $239.00. Device available on line for $3.71. Took 15 minutes to install. Was informed by management that the charge represented overhead costs and warranty on the capacitor. Personally cannot recommend this company. Would advise to get an accurate description of "one time clean and check." This company is owned or managed by G&R Heating and A/C out of Chicago.

Experience was great

The problem was misdiagnosed and therefore was a $881 waste of money after 2 days without air conditioning. We were charged for a part which was not the problem. The air conditioner failed about 20 minutes after the installers left. We called them back immediately. We gave them an opportunity to come out again that night. They said someone would be out within 2 hours but never showed up. I called after waiting 3 hours but they could not locate their on-call service man. We called a different air conditioning company the next morning and they determined immediately that it was just the Condensate Line backing up. He cleaned it out, used zero parts and we have not had any problems since. We now have a maintenance program set up with that company.

I bought a contract from them for $240 for a yearly maintenance.

This business has serviced our air conditioner for ten years - and they always go and quot;beyond the call of dutyand quot; to make sure the system is functioning properly. For the new system, the initial installation went well. They inspected the duct-work and decided that it was still in good condition. After a couple of weeks, the heater stopped working. They came out in the evening and looked at it. The next day it was fixed!! We were pleased! We have not had any problems since. And we are continuing as loyal customers

We have continued to have problems with the Rudd air conditioner we purchased from AA temperature. However, the problems we have had are in no way the fault of AA Temperature.They are the fault of the manufacturer. AA Temperature, knowing the problems with this unit, has continued to stand by this product and service it as needed. I would like to complement the service, the responsiveness, and the courtesy AA Temperature has shown me in the last ten years we have been associated with this company. I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring dependable, honest service.

The owner of the company, Joe Gentry came and did the proposal. They came and did the job and it was great. They analyzed my air conditioning needs. His wife Janet Gentry made follow up to make sure that everything was taken care of. I'm very pleased with how they handled my business. The price was really good. I would use them in the future.

It went very well. They were in and out in a very short time.
