The entire purchase process was smooth from beginning to end, and he has continued to help us out by his great knowledge of trustworthy people in the plumbing, electrical, landscaping, etc businesses, so I feel confident that no matter what may come up in the future, I can call Tim and he will be able to recommend someone to me. That is service long after the home purchase was complete, and very valuable to anyone buying a home.
Description of Work: Tim was the ultimate professional, courteous, and knowledgeable real estate agent. He listened to what I wanted, noted my budget, and spent all the time needed to find the perfect home for my husband and me. Always on time, he was organized and had any information I needed to help in the home purchase completion.
