+ -1 moreNEVER AN EASY THING TO LIVE THROUGH. VICTOR MADE LIFE EASIER BY SCHEDULING THE WORK AROUND OUR SCHEDULES AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. THE FINISHED PRODUCT LOOKED BRAND NEW ON A 128 YEAR OLD HOUSE.
Description of Work: SANDED AND REFINISHED ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR OF HOME. REFINISHED WITH 4 COATS OF WATER BASED SEALANT (STREETSHOE).

+ -1 moreTHE FLOOR ITSELF WAS SO ROUGH THAT I COULDNT WALK ON IT BAREFOOT. THEY CALLED ME EVERY COUPLE HOURS FOR ABOUT THREE DAYS WITH ISSUES THAT WERE COMING UP DUE TO THEIR LACK OF RESEARCHING THE JOB. I HAD TO HAVE ALL OF THEIR WORK REDONE BY ANOTHER COMPANY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BAD, THE ESTIMATE WAS BAD, AND THE WORKERS WERE BELIGERANT AND NOT PREPPED PROPERLY. I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THEM.
Description of Work: I HIRED THEM TO PULL OUT THE RUGS AND REPAIR AND REFINISH MY HARDWOOD FLOORS
