My wife and I began remodeling our condo several months ago. Throughout this process we kept looking for new window treatments and visited many of the well-known window treatment stores in the city. As time passed we became more confused and (frankly) began dreading the window treatment decision. My wife read about Susan on Houzz and we decided to give her a call. Susan was amazing to work with. My wife and I have worked with a number of interior designers over the years and we will both attest that Susan is at the top of this list. She is extremely professional and worked closely with us to understand our preference as well as our current home’s layout and décor. On the second visit she had ‘nailed it’ with a selection we are thrilled with. The new window treatments were installed yesterday and are beautiful. Roman shades were installed in the master bedroom and sheer panels in the living room. The installation was extremely well done and the quality of workmanship is outstanding. Her communication with us was fantastic as she kept us informed through every step of the process. We would give her our highest recommendation. She makes the process very easy!
